- Free trial classes can be booked before selecting a monthly plan.
- Monthly plans are scheduled in advance based on selected class frequency.
- If a class needs to be adjusted, we encourage early notice so rescheduling can be discussed.
- Refund requests, if applicable, are reviewed based on the timing and circumstances of the plan.
